I love this knife. It arrived sharp. The blade is light. The handle is heavy, yet it seems balanced enough. I found it fits particularly well in my hand when I hold it sideways to rock it back and forth, finely cutting herbs.After a few months I would like to add that I like how the handle fits in the hollow of my fingers rather than the hollow of my palm. I feel like I'm cutting with more finesse.
