I’m a Chef at an extremely high paced restaurant. I used them the very next day, after I received them to break them in.I used the Santoku and Chef knife. I must say they are Extremely Sharp! and worth every cent!The beautiful smooth wooden handle with stream line full tang and rivets provide a comfortable grip.They are pretty well balanced not too light but not very heavy. Made slicing through onions effortlessly.You can see the Demascus design on the blade very well. Giving them another level of beauty.The steel used doesn’t seem like it will rust but I hand wash and dry my knives before storing them anyway.So far I am very impressed with my knives and would Highly recommend them.
