This thing is seriously sharp. It is really quality. You can’t go wrong with Wusthof.Not cheap, but probably worth the price for a life-time investment. I like serrated bread knives for slicing through sandwiches and big fat hoagies. Have not used it for carving roast chicken, but should work for that, too. Where can you NOT use a serrated edge? Anyway, glad I have it. It'll out-last me, and then my kids can draw straws for it!
