Very sharp. This is a repurchase. My previous set lasted over 20 years. They are extremely sharp. Handle with care.One of the best things I've done for myself this year was order this great set of knives. I had been looking for a set I could afford, where the price did not make my eyes water, that had good reviews, and gets the job done. They are a great value for money. Nice and sharp. Handle beautifully and are super comfortable to hold and use. I wish they'd have had more color options, although the teal is a very nice color. I would definitely recommend these either for yourself or a gift. Very nice!Beautiful, but I wish I could find individual knives or bigger sets wth more options. They feel and look good quality. I will edit this post after using for awhile. Came in very sharp, but came in very difficult to open packaging with the blades uncovered. Could potentially disastrous, so to developers, please keep these factors in mind. My biggest complaint would be that I can only find so many of these knives and I do very much wish I could find these knives individually sold.The best set of knives I’ve ever purchasedI haven’t had a need for the large one, but I use the smaller two every day for everything!My mother-in-law got these knives 10 years ago and every time I used them they were so sharp and good to hold!
