I own over a dozen Benchmade knives and this knife definitely gives Benchmade some serious competition. The fit, finish and materials are on par to the Benchmade gold class standards with a fraction of the price. The only concern I have is the sharpening service. Benchmade has a lifetime free sharpening service and I am not sure if Kizer has an authorized sharpening/repair center in the United States. This knife could easily range around $300 given the materials used to manufacture this blade. The knife is very compact and feels good in the hand with no "hot spots " . Opening this knife with a single hand is a little challenging but can be done; it just takes practice and figuring out the proper grip.Overall, a very compact knife with great materials.
