These knives are as functional as they are beautiful. They have become a display piece in my kitchen. I will continue to look for similar products from their creator. They require a little more on the maintenance side, than a stainless steel set would, but items of value rarely come without effort. The leather storage case was a pleasent surprise upon their arrival. I am most pleased with the set, and recommend them to anyone who knows how to maintain steel.
