It was a wonderful addition to our kitchen.We just got the knife this month and used it once to carve a standing rib roast. It was great and the job was done with little effort.Great product and very happy with it. A small point, we had it sent originally by regular post and it arrived in a soft envelope with everything inside, except the knife, which had been carefully removed via small slit in the end. Phoned the German Supplier who was very apologetic and couldn't have been more helpful. They sent a second knife nicely boxed via DHL.
